The Beginning...
Building Maintenance Werks was founded with the goal to provide quality janitorial services for their customers. Ivor and Ariana Carcamo, founders of Building Maintenance Werks, saw that many companies failed to deliver on basic services and over promises that were never provided at the corporate offices they worked at, they quickly realized the need to not only provide better service to maintain office space, but to invest in core values like honesty, quality, integrity, accountability and affordable services that their customers can value and appreciate. While other companies only focus on growth, at Building Maintenance Werks we believe that growth follows great service. Our focus is to provide consistent results of unsurpassed quality that create a wow factor and exceed the expectations of our clients. Ivor has expertise in trades like customer service, sales, training, corporate management and professional development. Having worked for large corporations in these areas have provided invaluable experience and a deep understanding of what it really means to provide an exceptional customer experience and a positive long lasting impression. Their desire to provide great service and do what they loves most, which is helping people, are the inspiration that moved them to see beyond the corporate world and want to be the best at maintaining clean and beautiful work spaces for their customers.
